FAT

Today I decided to get fit. Currently I am fat. 37 y/o , 5'7", 200lbs. Being cute is the only thing saving me from being pathetic. So today while flipping through channels, I came accross the Ms Fitness Competition. Then it came to me, " I should join this, no - I will join this." to succeed, you must 1st make the decision to act. So that's what I've done. Competing ing this competition will help me get on track with getting fit and improve my health. Fat can sneak right up on you. And before you know it, you look in the mirror and see FAT!!. Mark this down. I Quit the Fat Club. Moving from fat to fit and fabulous.
