Watching TV

I was sitting down watching TV - UNCF Night with the Stars Salute to Patti LaBelle, and decided to get OFF THE COUCH. My husband pulled the treadmill out of the corner to the center of the room and got on it. 2 points for me. Even raised the incline to 4. 2nd bonus - walked the mall for 3 hrs.
